As a new patient, I did not know your location. When I found it, I was welcomed by Annette. She is extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed. She guided me through how to get my insurance approval. I was so glad I could see Dr.Greene the next day. Dr. Greene is an ENT I am very happy with.

The nurse and staff was very kind but I found Dr Green to be rude and condescending when I was having this test after I had an allergy test and I had a CT test he came in and said close your eyes and keep your mouth shut and considering I'm over probably 30 or 40 years older than him I'm a senior citizen I don't like being spoken to like that now I'm going to do an additional review after my procedures are done I'm trusting him to solve my problems and get my follow up but after that I figure I won't have to see him again so I will put up with it it might be just his mannerisms and he might not have been meant to come off that kind of way but I didn't like it now appreciate it there's a polite way to speak to a person let alone a patient who has a 100% insurance with no deductible I don't know what that was all about I didn't even see him that morning they said Dr Green was going to come in and do the test and I said oh yeah I'm going to see Dr Green that's nice I figured he'd have one of his other stuff doing I didn't expect to see him at all so I was just going to tell him welcome politely just to be polite and instead he like bit my head off that's the way I felt now I might be being over sensitive but I didn't appreciate it. But he's skilled as a doctor as far as I know so I'm looking forward to doing my surgery and fixing my problems I will update this when I'm done but he needs to work on his bedside Manner and not disrespect is elders

I was taken to the exam room within minutes of arriving. Deon was pleasant and took my vitals quickly. I was seen by the doctors quickly thereafter, my questions were thoroughly answered, and I felt valued.

Excellent service, excellent care, Dr. Greene took time to educate us on how ear issues occur and how to prevent in our case chronic ear infections in our little one. We are very grateful!
